• Booking data: kept with the related enquiry in HubSpot
• Technical data: IP addresses are held in memory for up to 10 minutes to block spam; hosting logs are kept only as long as needed for security
• Website statistics: aggregate only, without personal data
• Statutory retention periods apply where legally required
• Data deleted or anonymized once no longer needed
